Intensive Programme in Narratology 2012.
‘Narrative Theories in Action’ is an Intensive Programme in Narratology (IPIN), designed to meet the needs of students interested in a brief but challenging educational experience during the summer. It takes place in Aarhus, Denmark from the 5th-18th of August 2012.
The summer school takes the teaching of narratives and narrative theory to the highest possible level by bringing together participants in the leading centers of narrative study in the world. The programme targets students, mainly masters and advanced bachelors, who are working with narratives for instance in written texts (fiction or non-fiction), in film, in computer games, in organizations and in marketing. This year, among the teachers will be professor Richard Walsh (York, GB), professor Liesbeth Korthals Altes and (Groningen, NL) and professor James Phelan (Ohio, USA)
The summer school is open to all students. Students from partner universities are eligible for partly funding of travel and staying expenses.
