CfPs : The Society for Cognitive Studies of the Moving Images invites proposals for presentations at its annual conference, to be held June 11 to 14, 2014, at Franklin & Marshall College, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The deadline for proposals is December 15, 2013.

For more detailed submission guidelines and information about SCSMI, visit the website:
http://scsmi-online.org/conference.

The purpose of SCSMI is to foster exploration of ways in which insights from
contemporary scientific and philosophical research into the workings of mind and
brain can contribute to and enrich the study of the aesthetics, culture, and
effects of moving images. Any research project that advances this broad aim is
appropriate for our conference, whether it is theoretical, empirical, or
artistic.
