Narratological interest

I study oral storytelling in school and how the use of professional storytellers influences learning of oral skills and literacy and the development of learning identity, in a multicultural setting. The storytellers tell stories and folk tales from all around the world. The students have also had course, learning to tell their own stories.

I also have education as storyteller as part of studies in drama- and theatre. Currently I give courses in storytelling for people employed in the church and sometimes tell stories for an audience myself.
