I am interested in the applications of narratology (and other theories of narrative) to business, technical, and professional discourse. I have published several articles in the Journal of Business Communication in which I applied narratology to such contexts. I am currently working on a paper that applies narratology to the hospitality industry's discourse regarding environmental initiatives, and I came upon your website when I was looking something up for this paper.
