I am doing extensive work on Digital Stories, (personal stories) in order to help us promote a more compassionate and responsive health care for patients and health care users in Ireland.
How narrative is constructed and understood in each of the stakeholder groups, (medical, nursing, management, legal, political and personal) plays a critical role in the actual experience of providing and receiving healthcare .
