With an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and an MA in Games Design, I wish to carry out my doctoral research in the role of Computer Games in Transmedia Storytelling, seeking to provide tools to assist a game designer fit their game within the remit of the target storyworld. Thus understanding recent trends in narratology will help me identify structures that can help frame the requirements set upon game design.
