I have worked primarily on literary and filmic narratives using a rhetorical approach. I have written extensively on Kazuo Ishiguro, Vladimir Nabokov, as well as several Canadian novelists. My work is steadily becoming more closely aligned with cognitive approaches, especially corpus stylistics.
