Narratological interest

I am broadly interested in the migration of narratives, genres, literary styles, and forms across linguistic boundaries. My focus of study is on Armenian and Turkish cultural contexts. In particular, my work seeks to shed light on the mobility of certain narratives across texts and languages through processes other than translation, such as literary adaptation, response, paraphrase, and rewriting.
